C.C. and Chris Wall

The team of C.C. and Chris Wall bring a wealth of experience along with an unmatched dedication to their field. C.C. and Chris are affiliated with Residential Properties LTD, the leading real estate company on the East Side of Providence & Barrington and the largest independently owned real estate company in Rhode Island. In fact, they actually met at a professional development class, and soon realized that both a personal and professional partnership was a smart move all around!

With an extensive background in Corporate Marketing and Sales , C.C. creates unique marketing plans for all her listings to insure they are positioned correctly in the marketplace. This combined with her Rhode Island School of Design trained decorating and staging talents help make properties come alive – and maximize their value. A former television journalist, Chris brings his analytical, research and communication skills to the table, whether pricing a listing properly for a seller or negotiating the right deal for a buyer.

A native of Baltimore, C.C. has lived on the East Side for more than a decade, spending two years in Newport previously. C.C. holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA and prior to launching her career in Real Estate worked in marketing and sales for McCormick Spices, Dixie Paper Products and Crayola. Chris has also spent more than a decade living on the East Side. After stints reporting for television stations in Wyoming and Louisiana, Chris was drawn to the “Renaissance City” as an on-air reporter for the local NBC affiliate WJAR Channel 10. Traveling across the state and meeting people while breaking local news was a great way to get to know the greater Rhode Island community, and made Chris’ professional transition to Real Estate natural and seamless. Chris is a graduate of Choate and Middlebury College.

Chris and C.C. live in a historic 200-year old house on Providence’s Benefit Street, known as “The Mile of History.” They are proud to live in such a vibrant community and honored to be stewards of a small part of Rhode Island’s illustrious heritage. Accordingly, C.C. and Chris are both active leaders in the Providence Preservation Society and hold the PPS Historic House Specialist designation. In addition, C.C.is a former PPS Trustee and has served as co-chair of the Spring Tour of Historic Houses and the Benefit Street Holiday Festival.

C.C. also holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representation designation, while Chris serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors (GPBOR) and the Pawtucket Day Child Development Center. He is the chairman of the Government Affairs Committees of both the Rhode Island Association of Realtors and the GPBOR.
